Shipping policy
USA Shipping Rates & General Shipping Information
Shipping will be calculated during checkout based on the number of items, size and/or weight. We also offer a flat rate $9.99 option. You may elect to choose this option, which often results in a lower-cost shipping option. We may at our discretion select an alternate shipping provider, service, or shipping speed for your order, should a more cost-effective or faster shipping option be available when we fulfill your order. We are under no obligation to refund any overpayment of shipping costs in such cases. In the rare instance that the shipping calculator malfunctions, or provides a rate that is substantially lower than the actual cost to ship and you complete a purchase with this rate, we reserve the right to reach out to you with details on how to complete or retry your purchase, and/or cancel the order due to this issue. Processing and/or handling costs may be included in the shipping cost shown. Alternate shipping arrangements may be made at the sole discretion of Comic Shell, whether due to service disruptions, changes by the selected shipping provider that may be out of our control, or for any other reason to fulfill your order.
International Shipping
Shopify offers international market access to our store, which allows us to offer our products globally. Each country/province/state/city operates under different tax laws. Please check with your locality before placing an order if you have any questions about additional taxes/duties you may be required to pay. Any or some applicable duties or taxes may be applied during the checkout process by Shopify's system, though additional import taxes/duties due for your country/province/state/city may need to be paid to a separate authority upon delivery or upon entry into your locality if Shopify is not current on your country's requirements, or due to any temporary or permanent duties/tariffs/fees that were not charged at the time your order was placed.
In the event Shopify's calculated shipping is substantially insufficient to cover the amount required to fulfill and ship your order and any international fees that we as the seller are required to omit, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We may reach out to arrange alternate options to fulfill an order, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping speed is determined by your selection from available shipping options to your region and the carrier's operations. Please check the tracking information provided, if available, before contacting us regarding a shipment's status. Once we have transferred your shipment to the carrier (usually within 2 business days) we have no control over shipping delays, government/customs inspections, weather, accident or civil-related delays, or any other related processes.
In-Stock Items
Most orders for in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days (M-F). A tracking information link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout as soon as it is available. Please consult this tracking information for the latest status during transit.
Pre-Order Items
If an item is denoted with words or images stating a "pre-order", the item is not currently in stock and will ship once stock is available. An estimated available date may be listed when available, but we do not guarantee any in-stock date, shipping date or receive-by date.
Tax and duty Information
When applicable by law, your order may have sales/use/other tax or duty included at checkout. If any applicable or required tax or duty is not added to your order but you are required by law to remit tax of any kind on your purchase, you agree to adequately remit payment to the appropriate parties on your own behalf, per your acceptance of these terms by submitting payment and placing your order.
