Refund policy
We strive to make every purchase a fantastic experience, but if you have any issue at all with your order, please contact us directly via email at thecomicshell@gmail.com before leaving a review/feedback. We'll work together to understand the issue and to provide the best solution possible.
We have a 14 calendar-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after your item has been shown delivered (according to the shipping provider) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with product identifying labels or tags as applicable. You’ll also need your proof of purchase / order number.
Please note: Any shipping costs paid on the order, or to return, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (orders shipped to addresses outside the USA)
To start a return, contact us at thecomicshell@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.
In certain circumstances, a refund/return may not be granted - such as if the product shows obvious signs of use, is not in its original condition, or was purchased outside the return policy window. Comic Shell, LLC and its representatives reserve the sole decision to accept or deny any return.
Refund processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. All returns must be received before a refund is processed. Please understand it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once we have approved and sent it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at thecomicshell@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items / rights reserved
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or Gift cards. Certain types of items (if/when offered for sale on this website) cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We reserve the right to restrict returns of any orders or for any customers that we have reason to suspect return fraud may be involved.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
