This is a really great option for carrying books (graded or bagged/boarded. I travel a lot for work, and this is a much more durable option than the common “folio” storage protection that tends to fall apart after a short while. I can carry a good pile of books with no worries of damaging. It is bigger than the other styles, but gives you the flexibility for graded books and it still fits in most backpacks.

I planned to use the Comic Shell for conventions and found that I now use it every week for new comic book day pickups. The Shell is great for taking books in for pressing as well as picking up new books and transporting them safely.

I was looking for something relatively waterproof and hard enough to hold up to a 2ft fall in which to tote my graphic novels around with me. When I saw it had a carrying handle, I realized that THE ComicShell was perfect for me. Someone mentioned to me that I should get a cardboard slipcase, but as soon I saw the comicshell, I fell in love. I have recommended this product to about 10 different people now. It has been dropped more times than I care to admit and I accidentally got it quite wet when I left it in a moderate rain shower for about 5-6mins, the inside lining and the books were totally dry. I'll say it again, I absolutely love this case!! To the guys/gals at ComicShell, Thank you all for this amazing product. If and when my ComicShell wears out, (probably in 10 years), I will be buying another. Cheers!!

Used both of my new Comic Shells during the local comic and toy show. Protected all of my books including a graded grail. The shells fit perfectly in my backpack and relieved my worries of the new books getting damaged. Will bring them everywhere I go in case I find some gems during any travels.
